who are they they call constantly

Received a call from a RESTRICTED number, so I did not pick up. She ended up leaving a message saying her name and asking for me to call her back. When I proceeded to look her number up all I found was complaints about it being fraudulent.

Called and let phone ring 2 times and hangs up. Does this constantly. You call back and they want you to press 1 to end call or to EXT 398 and press 1 which leaves an open line, I was not born yesterday. Caller is a SCAM.

Unanswered. I've had at least 2 calls from this person/number; no message.

I recieved a call from this number at my work. I just called the number a few hours ago and was told that I am deliquent on a loan- asked for more information was declined information by this "person" i was talking to. Refused my requests to speak to a manager. Was told that I immediately needed to settle this debt. I hung up and called the place where I was supposedly deliquent. They state that I am in good standing and they have recieved calls from other customers stating that they have recieved similar calls. These people knew my social security number- I have now closed out all of my accounts, have notified all local law enforcement agenices- have left messages with congressman regarding this. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFO TO THESE FREAKS-THEY ARE ALL SCAMS!!!!!

This number calls my cell phone, usually in the morning and never leaves a message.
